3. Wallet & Transactions
Wallet funds are stored in trust and are not CDIC-insured

Balwin Wallet reserves the right to hold, suspend, or reverse transactions suspected of fraud or policy violations
Top-up and withdrawal processing times may vary based on your financial institution
4. Membership Plans
Membership fees (Bronze $100/mo, Silver $125/mo, Gold $150/mo CAD) are billed monthly and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Balwin Wallet for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any activity prohibited under Canadian law.
6. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability
